This year's AEP Institute will be held at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel and will focus on the California Housing Crisis. This one-day symposium will bring together experts in a facilitated dialogue regarding:
- Housing Crisis in California
- Pre-2017 and 2017 Legislative Activity Related to Housing & Affordable Housing
- Barriers to Approval of Affordable Housing Projects
- Strategies & Case Studies for Successful Affordable Housing Projects
6.5 AICP and 3.0 MCLE credits are pending approval for this program.
This years Institute will take place on August 3, 2018 from 8:30am-4:30pm. Registration and check in will begin at 7:45am. Enjoy a continental breakfast beginning at 7:45am as well! Lunch will be provided. The Institute will close with a networking reception at 4:30pm.
