Shannon Hatcher

Shannon Hatcher is an air pollution specialist with the California Air Resources Board (CARB). An area of Shannon’s focus at CARB is strengthening local and regional land use planning to further State climate goals, as well as reviewing land use development and transportation projects for consistency with state Climate goals. Prior to joining CARB, Shannon worked almost 20 years as an environmental consultant overseeing and performing greenhouse gas, criteria pollutant, and health risk environmental impact analyses pursuant to CEQA and NEPA.
